Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

Join our team at Lee, Landrum & Ingle in our Las Vegas, Nevada office! We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. We prefer candidates who are well-versed in both California and Nevada rules and procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree, associate degree, and/or a Paralegal Certificate, and bring prior experience in Personal Injury, Construction, and Commercial Litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong proofreading skills.

Work independently while efficiently supporting multiple attorneys.

Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.

Manage calendaring and scheduling deadlines.

Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including coordination of depositions.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other legal technology tools proficiently.

Conduct document review, inspection, and detailed analysis.

Manage case files and ensure thorough review of documents for relevant content.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of both Nevada and California Rules of Civil Procedure.

Perform research of public records and other sources for discovery purposes.

Review large volumes of documents and prepare comprehensive summaries.

Draft discovery requests and responses.

Prepare Subpoena Duces Tecum and manage the domestication of subpoenas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Well-versed in California and Nevada litigation procedures.

Must have experience in Personal Injury, Construction, and Commercial Litigation.

Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to meet a monthly billing quota of 120 hours.
