As the right hand to the Corporate Controller and a trusted partner to the CFO, this role offers high visibility and responsibility across a portfolio of 20+ entities. You’ll be instrumental in financial reporting, technical accounting, consolidation, audits, and ensuring best-in-class financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and enhance monthly financial close and reporting processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Oversee consolidated financial statements, internal financials, and external reporting for multiple entities
Manage technical accounting issues and drive solutions for complex areas including investments, loans, and income tax provisions (ASC 740)
Support annual external audits for multiple entities and coordinate with third-party tax preparers
Establish and maintain strong internal controls, driving continuous process improvement
Mentor and manage a high-performing accounting team—overseeing hiring, development, and performance management
Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business leaders including Legal, IT, and Operations
Provide actionable insights to leadership through clear, concise financial reporting
What You Bring
CPA designation required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and team leadership
Public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional firm) or experience in a large private organization
Proven experience managing audits, consolidations, and complex multi-entity structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to make numbers tell a story
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Workday Financials is a plus)
