Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Program Manager role located in Melbourne, FL at Mack Technologies. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards are met. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive program success and achievement of business objectives. This role requires you to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on with your team and customers.

Qualifications

Project Management, Program Management, and Leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in conducting risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes is a plus

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
