Bar Manager (Work in Macao, China)

Macao Company Hiring Vietnamese We are hiring Vietnamese team members to join our Macao-based venue!

Fluency in spoken English is required

Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Open to applicants without a Macao visa – This position qualifies for Macao work visa application

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient venue management

Lead and motivate the team to meet business goals and maintain high service standards

Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

Collaborate with internal teams and upper management to optimize workflows

Address customer feedback, manage on-site issues, and resolve problems swiftly

Support the execution of marketing strategies and promotional events

Prepare operational reports and provide insights to improve performance

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality and F&B

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience in staff supervision and customer service management

Fluent in spoken English

Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible work schedule

Compensation:

Salary: USD 1,500 or above per month
