Guest Relations Representative (Work in Macao, China)

Macao Company Hiring Vietnamese We are hiring Vietnamese team members to join our Macao-based venue!

Fluency in spoken English is required

Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Open to applicants without a Macao visa – This position qualifies for Macao work visa application

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to build positive guest relationships

Promote venue services and activities

Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere for patrons

Assist in events or special promotions as needed

Qualifications:

1 year of customer service experience or above

Outgoing, energetic, and presentable

Excellent communication and people skills

Fluent in spoken English

Experience in hospitality or nightlife is an advantage

Compensation:

Salary: USD 1,500 or above per month

Housing allowance

Tips, sales bonus & bottle commission
