Direct Support Professional (DSP) Shared Living Option

Kenduskeag, ME Part-Time (16 hrs/week) $21.00/hour

Morrison Center is looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, shared living environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting residents with daily living skills, including meal preparation, personal care, and wellness needs.

Planning and engaging in meaningful, goal-oriented activities tailored to each individual.

Documenting progress and providing accurate, up-to-date records through our electronic system.

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment as part of a supportive team.

Encouraging community involvement and life skills development.

Being a positive and collaborative team member.

Qualifications:

DSP certification preferred but if you're motivated, were happy to train you!

CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

CRMA certification preferred.

Prior experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid Maine drivers license required and clean driving record.

Schedule:

16 hours per week

Flexible start time (as early as 10 AM), Monday through Friday.
