Receptionist (Work in Macao, China)

Macao Company Hiring Vietnamese We are hiring Vietnamese team members to join our Macao-based venue!

Fluency in spoken English is required

Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Open to applicants without a Macao visa – This position qualifies for Macao work visa application

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive guest experience

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival

Handle phone inquiries and manage reservations

Maintain the front desk area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable

Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications:

1 year of customer service experience or above

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in spoken English

Compensation:

Salary: USD 1,500 or above per month
