Responsible for auditing of all requisition forms and fills for accuracy and performing other administrative duties related to food, beverage and general supplies inventory.

Responsibilities (Text Only)

Where You'll Make an Impact: - Input of daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software. - Verifying the accuracy of receipts, transfers and requisitions. - Assisting with monthly inventories. - Maintaining accuracy of item set up in the inventory system. - Entering new vendors into purchasing system and assist with new vendor registration process. - Ensure the safety and security of company information. - Others duties as assigned. Skills to Help You Succeed: - Ability to read and follow routine instructions. - Ability to operate basic office equipment. - Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. - Strong Math, analytical & counting skills. - Basic PC knowledge with a focus on data entry - Inventory control & related warehouse experience preferred. - Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various departments

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.

Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit for long periods of time and ability to perform moderate lifting of 30 lbs. or more.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift and reach.

Ability to work long and varied hours and on shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.

Must be able to read, speak and effectively communicate ideas in English.

Must be able to think analytically, have basic math skills and be able to read and interpret spreadsheets.

Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations.
