This entry-level position will be responsible for taking care of customers Cartiva Clearance Center's Sales Department where we sell 100% as-is economically priced pre-owned vehicles. You will have a great opportunity to interact and communicate with your guests in person, on-line, as well as over the phone. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive sales. Experience is NOT required for this role.

· During all levels of growth, Sales Consultants get on-site training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and ask for referrals.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situation.
Ensure the Vehicles are presentable in person as well as on-line
REQUIREMENTS:
English speaking with bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to input customer information.
Mathematics – calculating sales payments.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills with your customers and peers
Professional appearance.
