Troubleshoot complex issues involving Citrix and windows infrastructure.

Manage and optimize performance, availability, and capacity.

Implement and maintain security policies, including ACLs and segmentation.

Must have proven experience in enterprise platform management including architecture and integration of multiple Citrix & Windows components.

Monitoring the environment’s uptime and component status.

Building technical and security architecture for Citrix & Windows components.

Lead compliance assessments with the customer on Citrix architecture.

Executing limited POCs, where necessary, or supporting those done by the customer.

Driving the quality of the on boarding plan with Services or Partners.

Documenting and sharing technical best practices and insights with product engineering and the global cloud architect community.
