Engineering Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Create a working environment that prevents accidents

and reduces risks for the employees while ensuring operation legal

compliance. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any

health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the

safety and wellbeing of employees and visitors. Design, prove, implement

and maintain production equipment and tools to deliver product on time,

to quality requirements and to cost. Drive validation plans to ensure

robust and comprehensive technical solutions. Develop and maintain

project plans and budget profiles to ensure delivery of milestones to

agreed cost targets and timescales Drive continuous improvement

activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine

availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance

the capability of existing processes and remove waste. Be a strong

player in the NPD process to ensure manufacturing site interests are

considered in the development process with H&S, quality and productivity

in mind. Ensure good cooperation and collaboration between the different

departments to optimize safety, quality, productivity and cost.

Responsible for establishing budget and resource planning and control

department cost to meet financial objectives (CAPEX and OPEX) overall

responsibility of department budget Set and communicate department

objectives/KPIs Coach and mentor team, review and assess ongoing

performance of direct reports cost. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND

QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years of related work experience. Experience leading a

team; Experience with SAP ECC and S4; Experience with AutoCAD.
