Role: Senior UI/UX Designer

Full-Time Remote (India-based)

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, and the creative flair to design digital products that are not only functional — but delightful.

As part of our design team, you will:

Translate product requirements and complex business logic into intuitive, elegant, and user-centric interfaces.

Create beautiful, responsive UI designs and interactive high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate ideas and refine interfaces.

Work closely with cross-functional teams — product managers, developers, and stakeholders — to ensure design consistency and pixel-perfect implementation.

Champion design systems and brand consistency across all platforms and experiences.

Stay updated with global UI/UX trends, behavioral psychology in design, and modern frameworks to influence product strategy.

You’re a design thinker, a detail-obsessed creative, and a digital native who’s excited to build experiences that users remember. You bring both aesthetic sensibility and functional precision to everything you design.

Qualifications & Requirements

3–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a product-based or SaaS environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact user interfaces, prototypes, and live applications.

Mastery in industry-standard tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and designing for both web and mobileplatforms.

Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a bonus — strong collaboration with developers is a must.

Deep understanding of user research techniques, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in enterprise-level or large-scale digital products is a significant plus.
