Job Title: Systems Architect – Expert

HBITS Task Order: HBITS-06-14130

Agency: City University of New York (CUNY)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – Onsite from Day 1 Required)

Position Overview:

Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative supporting CUNY’s Workday implementation. Requires deep expertise in Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite (OIG + OAM) and high-availability IAM architecture.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure Workday connectors in OIG

Customize Oracle IAM components and develop BI Publisher reports

Create SIT/UAT testing procedures and documentation

Handle provisioning, reconciliation, and API configurations

Debug integration issues and collaborate with external teams

Qualifications:

7 years of experience with Oracle IAM Suite 12cPS4

7 years of experience debugging integration and OS-level issues

7 years of experience with SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.)

7 years of experience with OID/OUD and OIG configuration

7 years of SOA workflow and approval logic experience

7 years of Java development for OIM or Azure integration

7 years of experience with WebLogic for LDAP/AD provisioning

7 years of custom Admin Roles for Oracle IAM

7 years of BI Publisher reporting development
