Looking for a staff to fill a temporary assignment from July 23 to August 6, working seven days a week from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

- Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification

- Current CNA license

- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must have good oral and written communication skills

- Must be able to understand care plans and assessments

- Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work, which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Client is bedridden

- Everything is done in bed( transfer from bed and from wheelchair)

- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, and transfers)

- Meal preparation

- Light housekeeping

- Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes

- Assist with medication reminders

- Assist with ambulation

- Monitor BP and glucose levels
