Qualifications
B2B sales experience (produce/agriculture industry preferred)
Proven success in customer account growth, negotiation, and client relationship management
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
Familiar with basic office software and reporting
Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of retail, food service, and wholesale accounts
Identify new business opportunities
Develop account-specific strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
Serve as a trusted partner, delivering product knowledge and service excellence
Represent the company at food shows, trainings, and industry events
