Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design of marine infrastructure elements, including reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, steel structures, deep foundations, and earth-retaining systems
Contribute to the development of calculations, technical reports, and engineering memoranda aligned with applicable codes and client expectations
Prepare and review construction drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation
Apply industry best practices to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance across all project phases
Conduct site inspections and support construction administration tasks as required throughout project delivery
Collaborate closely with technical leads and project managers to deliver quality results on complex, multidisciplinary marine projects
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Structural Engineering, with at least 4 years of professional experience in structural design; experience in marine infrastructure, bridges, tunnels, or heavy civil projects preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng. or PE)
Proficient in structural design and analysis with knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation systems
Willingness and ability to travel for fieldwork and site inspections as needed
Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and geographies
Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to professional development
Salary Range: $115-155k/year
