Hiring General Laborers - Racking Installation Project in Aurora, CO
Weekly overtime opportunities!
Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts with paid lunch)
Duration: Minimum 3 months
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our team for a major racking system overhaul in Aurora. This hands-on role involves decommissioning existing racking, unloading and staging new materials, and installing new racking systems—including drilling into concrete and working
at significant heights.
Key Responsibilities
Safely decommission old racking systems using hand tools and wrenches
Unload and stage new materials and equipment
Drill into concrete to anchor new racking systems
Work at heights of 4–5 stories using appropriate fall protection
Follow all safety protocols and complete required certifications\
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or a related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
