They partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications they need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others.

Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of .NET applications and microservices.

Integrate with Micro Focus PPM and OnBase for workflow and document management.

Build RESTful APIs, ensure code quality, and support CI/CD pipelines.

Apply knowledge of Medicaid business processes (claims, eligibility, provider data).

Collaborate in a SAFe Agile environment and support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#

Microsoft Service Fabric

SQL Server, advanced SQL

Medicaid or healthcare IT experience

REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular/React preferred)

Agile/SAFe, CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps)

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Government IT experience (State medicaid)

Accessibility standards (508/WCAG)

Certifications (Microsoft, SAFe, OnBase, PPM)
