What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices, including IMAC installations, troubleshooting, hardware refreshes, printer support, AV system health checks, and VIP/executive assistance.

Manage inventory operations, asset tagging, equipment shipments/returns, warranty repairs, and maintain asset management systems with timely reporting and compliance to internal policies.

Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, ensure prompt resolution of service requests and incidents, and support onboarding and walk-up services for end users.

What You Need:

Minimum 3–5 years of IT support experience with proficiency in Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and imaging/deploying Windows OS; strong understanding of networking concepts, printer/AV support, and asset management.

Outstanding customer service, interpersonal communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and be willing to travel up to 150 miles between offices (mileage reimbursed per policy).

Preferred: Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, MCP and/or A+ certifications, and background in help desk or call center environments.

Skilled in spreadsheet/reporting tools, strong written documentation abilities, and experience supporting executive-level users.
