In this role, you will participate in project delivery by executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, and construction support services for a variety of transportation projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing design budget, fees, and scopes with input from the project design team

Managing the design and production of transportation plans while assuring conformance to design document standards and criteria

Construction support

Projecting financial performance

Coordinating subconsultants

Client management and primary client interface

Developing potential future work opportunities

To thrive in this role you will need:

Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering

10+ years of transportation design experience

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

Experience with geometric design, drainage design, construction sequencing and utility relocation coordination

Transportation design project management experience

Communications, negotiations, management, and leadership skills

Knowledge and experience in design project management including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, proposal writing, staffing, coordination, forecasting, conflict resolution, and change management
