Education and Experience
None.Licenses or Certifications
Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs general custodial and maintenance tasks in cleaning, painting, repairing, and replenishing supplies in restrooms, locker rooms and other public facility structures.
Cleans debris and refuse from city property regularly and in response to emergency cleanup orders.
Empties trash receptacles, cleans windows, bathrooms, or other cleaning tasks as directed.
Operates equipment and vehicles such as mechanical tools and trucks, and performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment, i.e., cleaning, changing oil, lubricating, adjusting.
May be required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of assigned tasks.
Performs other related duties as required.
