On-Site Solar Project Manager / Construction Manager / Superintendent (Contract)

Build Solar, Be the Boss (Literally)

We're hiring a field-driven leader to command a multi-building 1+ MW solar project in Columbus Metro Area, OH—featuring both rooftop and carport installations. Whether you call yourself a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Superintendent, we’re looking for the boots-on-the-ground powerhouse who’s ready to steer this ship from day one to full energization.

If you thrive in the field, don’t wait for answers, and know how to run crews, schedules, and punch lists like a pro—this is your moment.

What You’ll Own

Be the face of the project on-site—our client’s trusted field lead

Manage daily operations, subcontractors, and progress across multiple rooftops and carports

Run weekly site meetings and toolbox talks like a boss

Keep the project moving: schedules, safety, quality, reporting—you run the show

Solve problems on the fly and keep things smooth with owners, AHJs, and inspectors

Capture site progress with photos, logs, and documentation (and maybe a few humble brags)

What You Bring

Experience managing solar builds—especially C&I rooftop or carport systems

Leadership chops: you command respect and keep subs on track

You don’t hide behind a laptop—you live on the jobsite

Solid understanding of construction safety, scheduling, and site logistics

Organized, accountable, and driven by pride in your work

OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid = big plus

Let’s Be Real

This isn’t a clipboard-and-binoculars role. You’ll be in the thick of it—leading by example, motivating crews, solving real-time issues, and pushing the job forward. If you’re reliable, resourceful, and ready to own the field—we want to hear from you.
