Who You Will Be Working With
At PMG, our Client Strategy team plays a key role in shaping the media strategies that help brands grow, evolve, and connect meaningfully with their audiences. We're not just managing campaigns—we're working at the intersection of business insight, media planning, and cross-channel collaboration to deliver results that matter.
You'll partner with clients, media leads, analytics teams, and creative collaborators to design and deliver full-funnel media strategies tailored to each brand's goals. Whether it's managing day-to-day communication, developing strategic plans, tracking campaign performance, or bringing innovative ideas to the table, your work will ensure clients feel heard, supported, and excited about what's next.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a team of directors, supervisors, and leads, overseeing their day-to-day work and guiding their professional growth.
Serve as the executive leader for large groups of clients, maintaining direct communication with senior decision-makers on the client side.
Oversee multiple high-profile accounts across various verticals, ensuring strong performance and fostering meaningful partnerships.
Evaluate and manage account profitability, meeting revenue goals, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing resources to deliver maximum impact.
Strategically guide client partnerships, integrating cross-channel media plans, incorporating insights, and aligning efforts with broader business goals.
Proactively identify and address areas for improvement, whether it's team design, process optimization, or relationship building.
Track performance against goals across the funnel, providing clear and actionable updates to executive stakeholders.
Navigate complex client organizations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, eliminating obstacles, and driving effective communication across teams.
Challenge performance limits across all channels, including those managed by PMG, the client, or other partners, to ensure optimal results.
Support and lead various roles in client meetings, whether active and hands-on or in a strategic advisory capacity, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Build and strengthen relationships with key media partners to ensure PMG is always ahead of the curve on new opportunities, betas, and support.
Deliver executive-level communication and strategic planning, fostering and advancing relationships with key business stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
15+ years of experience in Client Strategy, including 10+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Lead vision-setting for complex client portfolios, aligning brand, media, creative, and business strategy to drive enterprise-level outcomes.
Bring deep expertise in integrated planning, brand positioning, and growth strategy—connecting high-level business goals with impactful marketing frameworks.
You collaborate closely with executive stakeholders across disciplines, shaping narratives and strategies that guide long-term client partnerships.
Translate data, market shifts, and performance metrics into strategic foresight, enabling clients to lead in competitive, fast-moving industries.
Mentor senior strategy leaders and cross-functional partners, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in clarity, accountability, and creativity.
Shape and evolve internal strategic practices, contributing to organizational growth, client innovation, and thought leadership.
