Join our team as an Assembler 2 and play a key role in the assembly and production of high-quality electronic products. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals with strong soldering skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Work just 3 nights a week—with overtime and shift differential pay!
This position follows a Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM schedule.
You'll enjoy a 4-day weekend every week, plus:
Overtime pay for any hours worked over 10 per day

Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand soldering of electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors) onto PCBs using through-hole and SMT techniques
Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and IPC quality standards
Inspect subassemblies and final assemblies for quality compliance
Maintain accurate production records and identify any process deviations
Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
Position is on-site; regular attendance is required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly
Familiarity with IPC standards; ability to pass IPC Component ID and Workmanship exams
Proficient with basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and data entry
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly diagrams
Basic math skills and the ability to understand performance graphs
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Able to assess product quality based on written specifications Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional walking or lifting (up to 10 lbs)
Visual requirements include close/distance vision, color perception, and depth perception
