Remote Bankruptcy Intake Coordinator
Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Part-Time)
Compensation: Hourly (Rate Negotiable) + Bonus Incentives Based on Filed Cases

We are a small but growing bankruptcy law firm dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality legal services. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bankruptcy Intake Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Bankruptcy Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing new client intake and gathering all necessary documentation required to file bankruptcy petitions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a legal or administrative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact new clients and guide them through the intake process
· Collect and organize required documentation for bankruptcy filings
· Pull asset and valuation information from resources such as Zillow, NADA, and PACER
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all intake forms and supporting documents
· Maintain communication with clients and update them on intake status as needed
· Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case preparation
Requirements:
· Prior experience in a legal setting (bankruptcy experience a plus)
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively with a quiet background
· Familiarity with online research tools like Zillow, NADA, PACER
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Tech-savvy and comfortable working with cloud-based systems
