We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Business Analyst, specifically for Dynamics 365, to join our team. You will play a critical role in our organization's digital transformation journey. We are looking for proven expertise in Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Supply Chain (FSC), Dual Write integration, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of Dynamics 365 (our ERP) solutions, across multiple business domains.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE and FSC modules

Gather and translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear specifications for Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform solutions

Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integration best practices. Recommend solutions that enhance communication and automate transactions to customers and vendors.

Lead and support the design, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 CE and FSC, ensuring alignment with business needs for current and future acquisition activity.

Implement and manage Dual Write integrations to enable seamless, bidirectional data flow between Dynamics 365 CE and FSC, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency

Develop, automate, and optimize business processes using Power Automate and related Power Platform tools

Conduct gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and drive digital transformation leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, user stories, and integration mappings

Support solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training to ensure successful adoption of new features and integrations

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Dynamics 365 solutions, including monitoring Dual Write integrations for data integrity and performance

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement in CE and FSC modules

Demonstrated experience with Dual Write integration between Dynamics 365 CE and FSC, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting

Strong working knowledge of Power Automate for process automation and integration within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem

In-depth knowledge of the PMA module, including project setup, costing, billing, and resource management

Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and developing functional design documentation

Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE for various departments (including Sales, Operations and Service) and FSC modules to meet business requirements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience supporting solution testing, deployment, and user training

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to travel occasionally, as needed to NY or VA.

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance required

Skills and Competencies

Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.

Experience in a field service industry for on-site and installation services is a plus.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (CE, FSC, Power Platform)

Pay Range

$100,000—$120,000 USD
