American Road Group is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Event Coordinator at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH! This is a Part-Time/Hourly position.
Overview:
Join our team at Laconia Harley-Davidson as a Part-Time Event Coordinator! You’ll be the face of our dealership during events, helping create an unforgettable Harley-Davidson experience for our community. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure smooth event execution, engage with vendors, and capture the excitement of the Harley-Davidson lifestyle through photos.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute events on-site based on plans created by the Regional Marketing Manager.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors, guests, and staff during events.
Occasionally reach out to vendors to confirm event details or address last-minute needs.
Coordinate and communicate with the H.O.G.® chapter to ensure alignment and support for dealership events.
Set up and break down event materials, including signage, tables, and displays.
Capture engaging photos and videos of the event to share with the Regional Marketing Manager for use on social media and marketing campaigns.
Report back post-event with a detailed recap, including feedback on what worked, areas of improvement, and suggestions for future events.
Represent the Laconia Harley-Davidson brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the motorcycle community.
Support the Regional Marketing Manager and dealership team with event-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Confident using a smartphone or camera to capture great event moments.
Available for flexible, part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a love for Harley-Davidson culture.
