About the role Take the lead in shaping the future of payroll at Reckitt as our Shared Service Supervisor / Payroll Lead.
This pivotal role is the cornerstone of ensuring our employees are rewarded with precision and punctuality.

Your responsibilities * Supervise payroll team for accurate and timely payments in the US and Canada.
* Manage vendor completion of payroll tasks and sign-off schedules.
* Ensure no material audit issues and maintain high customer service standards.
* Oversee sign-off and upload of bank files for payments.
* Ensure effective Knowledge Transfer Activities between GPS and in-country payroll teams.
* Collaborate with Global People Services and HR Ops for accurate payroll system information.
* Manage review and reconciliation of interface reports and handle inquiries per SLAs.
* Oversee employment tax filings and compliance with third-party vendor.
* Assist NA Site Lead, including deputizing in their absence.
* Responsible for team performance management and development.
The experience we're looking for * Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years equivalent work experience * Prior experience in people management * Proven experience as a Payroll Lead or similar role * Thorough knowledge of payroll compliances * Proficiency in Excel and MS Office * Excellent analytical skills * Knowledge of one or more of the payroll application systems preferred * Effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring new technical skills in data reporting * Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences The skills for success Payroll, Payroll Operations, US Payroll, Canada Payroll, Organizational structure, Coaching skills; Facilitation skills, change management, execute plans, Strategic mindset, employment engagement, digital literacy, operational excellence, commercial acumen, courageous leadership.

US salary ranges USD $102,000.00 - $154,000.00 US pay transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
