nCino Solution Architect

Job Description

Requirements:

7 or more years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years focused on nCino.

Proficiency in Salesforce programmatic development (Apex, LWC, SOQL).

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.

Experience in solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and data modeling.

Experience with commercial banking or loan origination processes.

Experience leading agile development teams and CI/CD practices.

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Lead the configuration and custom development of nCino modules.

Translate complex banking requirements into technical solution designs.

Manage data integration efforts using APIs and middleware tools.

Guide implementation teams and enforce development best practices.

Create and maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.Company Description
