Projects

Assist with IT projects such as Sharepoint Intranet and Email Signature automation.

Investigate adding a Chat Bot to our Pyramid website, to the Intranet site and to the new proposal writing program.

Work alongside IT professionals on software development or research tasks if applicable.

Technical Support

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Provide first-level support for internal users (e.g., password resets, printer issues) via Helpdesk.

Set up new user accounts and manage existing ones.

Hardware & Software Maintenance

Help with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.

Support inventory management of IT assets (computers, peripherals, software licenses).

Assist with routine maintenance and updates on systems and devices.

Network & Systems Support

Monitor system and network performance and report issues.

Support in maintaining server environments under supervision.

Cybersecurity Assistance

Help with data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management.

Participate in monitoring and alerting systems for security anomalies.

Assist in implementing basic cybersecurity best practices.
