Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
The CNC Machinist will set up and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC Mills to machine seals and gaskets for the oil and gas industries. This role involves performing quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges, and working on Mazak Integrex CNC machines to perform set-ups, offsets, and tool changes.

3+ years of CNC machining experience.
Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to set up jobs and change tools.
Willingness to learn and train.
High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC programming and blueprint reading.

Work Environment
Work in a high-volume machining environment with over 150 CNC machinists on all shifts and 20 employees on the floor at all times. Experience a very clean manufacturing facility with incredible organization and lean principles. Weekend A shifts include Friday-Sunday one week, and Thursday-Sunday the next week, with hours from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Training will occur on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility required for potential training on different shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $29.00/hr.
