Machine Operator ($21-23) DIRECT HIRE IN HOLLAND

Job Description

Join the team as a Machine Operator in one of three departments.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, ensuring proper in-putting of materials and monitoring for defects and losses.

Prepare equipment and materials for production.

Maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).

Track all non-conformations and scraps.

Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.Essential Skills

Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.

Ability to operate production equipment and perform general labor tasks.

Experience with self-inspection of products and quality checks.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working in environments that require PPE.

Ability to work with and around chemicals, including slurry, while ensuring safety.

Capability to handle physical tasks such as pulling/pushing guided weights of up to 75 pounds.Why Work Here?

The facility is large, requiring significant walking between buildings and plant areas. The department operates in a clean room environment, necessitating clean garb and beard nets if applicable. The workplace is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K principles.

This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
