Technical Program Manager - AI

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or Software Engineer

Semiconductor process equipment

Experience with AI ChatBot projects

Agile Methodologies

Strong understanding of Scrum, and Kanban

Strong Project management experience dealing with Software developers, Data Scientists, UX/UI designers

Strong understanding of natural language processing, machine learning fundamentals, and chatbot architectures Responsibilities:

Define and maintain technical roadmaps for chatbot development initiatives across multiple workstreams

Coordinate dependencies between AI model development, backend infrastructure, frontend integration, and testing teams

Establish and track key performance indicators for chatbot accuracy, response time, and user satisfaction

Drive adoption of DevOps and MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
