As a Temporary Data Entry Assistant at OneElmington, this individual will support our IT department during a large-scale data cleanup and system migration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to follow structured processes and documentation. Basic familiarity with IT systems and file management is a plus.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Enter, verify, and organize large volumes of data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems
Support the IT team in reviewing, validating, and organizing digital files (resumes, documents, etc.)
Follow procedures for categorizing, naming, and uploading files in accordance with data management standards
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Document completed tasks and issues encountered for review by the IT team
Provide general administrative and organizational support for ongoing technical projects
Performs all other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
Previous data entry, administrative, or IT support experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Frequently sit, stand and walk.
Regularly required to talk or hear.
Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 5% of the time
