Position Title:

Afterhours Account Manager

Position Summary:

Entourage Freight Solutions is seeking an Afterhours Account Manager to work in a third-party logistics/truck brokerage environment. Drive, resilience, self-motivation, and strategic thinking are necessary qualities that the ideal candidate for this role will possess.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain current customer accounts through proactive monitoring and regular updates as required

· Track shipments from pickup to delivery through effectively communicating with carriers and drivers.

· Build and retain meaningful relationships with accounts/customers.

· Collaborate with overseas support team as a point of escalation and problem solving.

Tuesday – Saturday 8pm-5am
