Our team is excited to meet you! Job Overview & Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and supervises all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.

Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.

Highly analytical and uses these skills to examine and improve processes in order to increase productivity effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Performs troubleshooting and eliminates control systems issues and handles controls projects.

Maintains configuration control of current PLC source codes and modifies according to engineering design changes.

Has the proven capability to program CNC to work with vision systems for automated welding, laser etch, and laser penetration cuts based on engineering tolerancing and need.

Required Education

Bachelor

Required Years of Experience

Minimum of 8 years of related work experience

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field from an accredited college or university.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience

Understanding of automation controls implementation capability:

Siemens HMI Programming (WinCC TiA Portal) experience

Kuka/Fanuc robot programming experience

Cognex Vision System programming experience

Multiple machine interface integration experience

Engineering model and program simulation experience

Off Line Programming (OLP), to validate everything works the first time when installed on flight hardware and work is done without disrupting factory flow

Electrical schematic reading

Troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Laser etch / marking programming experience
