Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to actively recruit entry-level talent.
Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and facilitate their successful integration into the organization.
Surge Director of Recruiting Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in recruitment
Proven track record of successful hiring at all levels within an organization.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
