Our Sales Associates are dedicated to our customers, serving as experts in our product offerings, services, and identifying customer needs. They are on the front lines of meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. By deeply understanding each customer's unique goals, a successful Sales Associate will partner with them to create apparel they'll cherish and position our Client as their lifelong apparel provider.
The right candidate for this role will advise customers and communicate the value of a tailored end product that meets their specific needs. Our Sales Associates are well-versed in and proficient at using the tools the client provides to deliver top-notch products. By striking a balance between effective salesmanship and authentic interest in each customer interaction, this role has the power to positively impact sales and revenue performance while forging lasting customer relationships.
Our Sales team specializes in two communication channels: Chat and Phone. Both involve addressing customer inquiries, maintaining consistent availability, responding to emails daily, and above all, delivering exceptional customer service experiences and communication.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing our market position and brand identity by winning and satisfying customers. In this Sales role, you will inspire customer confidence by:
Converting leads into sales through emails, chat, and/or phone interactions
Providing meaningful guidance on order design, product selection, our services, and printing
Effectively communicating the value of the Client
Guiding customers through the Design Lab experience to transform their ideas into reality
Remaining composed under pressure and delivering solutions for customers
Collaborating closely with other internal teams

Qualifications
Minimum 3 CXC passes or equivalent qualification is preferred, or a combination of experience and related skills and the ability to pass internal assessments.
