**Hiring CNC Machinists**

**Location:** Monument, CO

**Pay:** $26–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Join our precision manufacturing team in Monument, Colorado, where we specialize in producing high-quality medical components such as nails, screws, rods, and other orthopedic implants. As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a critical role in crafting life-changing medical devices with accuracy, consistency, and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or Swiss-style) to produce precision medical components.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

+ Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.

+ Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with medical manufacturing standards.

+ Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**

+ Prior CNC Machine experience

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

+ Experience with precision measuring instruments.

+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
