**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated order selectors to join our warehouse environment. You will be responsible for wearing a headset to listen to orders while operating a walkie rider. Your duties will include delivering finished pallets to bay areas for shipment, maintaining product numbers, and picking a designated number of cases each day. Comfort with lifting weights between 25-50 lbs is necessary.
**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain accurate product numbers and pick a specified number of cases daily.
+ Ensure comfort with lifting weights ranging from 25-50 lbs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with RF scanners
+ Proficiency in order picking
+ Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
+ Ability to operate a forklift
+ Inventory management skills
+ Experience with pallet jacks
+ Material handling expertise
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a forklift driver
+ Experience as a material handler
+ Skills as a sit-down forklift operator
+ Experience as an order selector

**Work Environment**
The warehouse is partially climate-controlled. The shipping and receiving areas keep doors open, ensuring a comfortable work environment. The order pick shift is Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 10 PM, with potential extended hours until 1-2 AM. The tow motor shift is Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM to 10 PM, also with possible extended hours until 1-2 AM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
