**Job Title: Fleet Admin/Coordinator (Hybrid Schedule)**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our fleet vehicles. This role involves coordinating vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance, as well as ensuring compliance with local laws and safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring vehicle usage and costs, liaising with vendors, and providing support to drivers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including make, model, mileage, registration, and service records.

+ Coordinate vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance.

+ Schedule and track regular maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle compliance with local laws and safety regulations.

+ Monitor vehicle usage through GPS or telematics systems, tracking fuel consumption and vehicle mileage.

+ Identify inefficient usage or potential misuse of vehicles.

+ Liaise with vehicle leasing companies, maintenance providers, and fuel suppliers.

+ Obtain quotes and manage contracts for vehicle services and purchases, ensuring service-level agreements are met.

+ Monitor fleet operating costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

+ Prepare fleet budgets and reports for management review.

+ Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections, ensuring drivers are properly licensed and trained.

+ Track and enforce driver policies and safety procedures.

+ Coordinate driver schedules and assignments, serving as a point of contact for vehicle-related issues.

+ Conduct or coordinate driver training programs.

+ Generate reports on vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and incident tracking, analyzing trends and making data-driven recommendations.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in fleet management and vehicle communication systems.

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Experience with dealerships and vendor coordination.

+ Excellent computer skills, including data entry and report generation.

+ Experience as a Service Manager or similar role.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Previous service worker experience.

+ Dispatch and vehicle knowledge.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
