**Job Title: CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. This role involves operating and setting up Lathe CNC machines, including Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki, to produce high-quality parts with precision. You will work with aluminum materials and be responsible for both small batch and large batch production, ensuring quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and set up Lathe CNC machines such as Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki.

+ Produce 1-2 off parts and manage production of 100 parts in one night.

+ Ensure high-quality machining of aluminum materials.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery for optimal performance.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years of experience in mill machining.

+ Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft software.

+ Knowledge of Haas mill, G&M codes, and fabrication techniques.

+ Experience in aerospace manufacturing.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in aluminum machining.

+ Ability to effectively set up CNC machines.

**Work Environment**

You will be working in an aerospace manufacturing environment that focuses on the production of structural parts. The shifts available are Day (4am-2:30pm) and Nights (3:30pm-2:30am), providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire positions are based out of Monroe and Arlington, Washington.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $37.00/hr.
