What You’ll Do

Build intuitive, performant, and responsive UIs using React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end stacks.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn complex workflows into elegant user experiences.

Own features end-to-end from wireframes and prototypes to production deployment and feedback loops

Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility

Bring a product mindset: question assumptions, suggest improvements, and care deeply about the user experience

Work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment where done is better than perfect, and iteration is constant

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional experience building front-end applications with React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies

Strong sense of design and UX, you care about how things look and feel, not just how they work

Experience shipping production features in fast-paced startup environments

Comfortable with performance optimization, component architecture, and responsive UI best practices

Familiarity with tools like TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Zustand/Redux, Figma, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines

Fluent in using Vibe coding and AI tools to increase speed, creativity, and development quality dramatically

A builder mindset, you figure things out, get things done, and don’t wait for perfect specs

Excellent communication skills and collaborative

Willingness to maintain a substantial overlap with our engineering team (working hours should accommodate partial PST alignment)

Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, you're someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Nice to Haves

Experience building dashboards or data-heavy UIs

Familiarity with backend APIs, server-side rendering, or full-stack development

Experience working in AI/ML or data infrastructure domains

Contributions to open-source projects or personal side-projects you’re proud of
