Senior Infor XA Programmer Analyst

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst who can step into a high-impact role supporting and enhancing the internal systems that power our client’s business operations.

This person will be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, testing, and maintaining core applications—especially those tied to our Infor XA ERP platform and related systems. They'll partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand process needs, troubleshoot system issues, and build scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate:

Has deep technical expertise in languages like SQL, PHP, Visual Basic, and RPG

Brings hands-on experience with Infor XA and related platforms (Paper-Less MES, Varsity, Avalara, Formtastic, or TL Ashford are a plus)

Can lead mid-to-large programming projects independently, while also collaborating cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance

Understands and applies best practices within SDLC frameworks

Thrives in a setting where they’ll own application performance—from uptime to enhancements to long-term support

Enjoys mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge

Has a mindset for both building and improving, balancing new development with technical debt reduction and system optimization

This role requires:

Proactive problem-solving and clear communication

Comfort working in a varied pace environment—methodical on long-term projects, responsive during production support needs

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of ownership and follow-through

Job Type: Full-time

Travel: Up to 20% (one week every two months)

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
