Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Professional. This role will be instrumental in integrating a Livescan system into a non-standard IT environment, ensuring compliance with security protocols and seamless interoperability with existing systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up secure, non-shared login credentials for the Livescan system, adhering to state and CJIS security protocols.

Integrate and support systems that do not natively interface with Microsoft Active Directory, accommodating our unique network setup.

Identify and resolve domain name and account structure mismatches, especially where they conflict with the Active Directory.

Propose non-disruptive, scalable solutions that will not interfere with existing infrastructure and will support future expansion.

Collaborate directly with software vendors and internal IT teams to ensure a secure and compliant implementation.

Create and deliver clear technical documentation and support plans for internal use after the project concludes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Professional or Systems Administrator

Strong knowledge of Active Directory integration, network architecture, and identity/access management.

Familiarity with CJIS compliance and secure authentication standards.

Experience troubleshooting and integrating legacy or third-party systems in complex environments.

Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate technical processes into clear internal guides.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in government, public safety, or regulated environments.

Background in related IT roles.

Familiarity with quantum engineering or advanced security technologies is a plus but not required.
