We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Operations/Program Manager in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex healthcare operations, including billing, payroll, strategy development, respite service programs, and change management. This role requires a leader who is adept at problem-solving, case management, and community engagement. Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Strong background in community engagement & events
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth.
Manage billing and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Lead the design and execution of respite service programs, ensuring they meet the needs of patients and their families.
Drive change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge and promoting professional growth.
Engage with the community, building strong relationships and promoting the facility's services.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Oversee case management processes, ensuring patients receive the care they need and coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
Provide strong leadership, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment and motivating staff to achieve their best.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be highly regarded.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations/program management, including experience with billing, payroll, strategy development, respite service programs, and change management.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, patients, and the community.
Experience in case management, with the ability to coordinate patient care effectively.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and software.
Commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services and promoting patient satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
