Local Route Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Premier ProduceOne is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Columbus team as Local Route Delivery Drivers. This full-time role offers same-day routes (no overnights), no CDL required, and a clear path for growth in a company that values tradition, teamwork, and service excellence.

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality produce and specialty items to local customers

Use hand jacks and skids to unload products with care

Follow delivery schedules and communicate with dispatchers as needed

Provide friendly, professional service at every stop

Maintain safety, accuracy, and a clean driving record

Log route activity through our truck management system

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

At least 21 years of age

Valid Driver’s License (with fewer than 4 points)

Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screen (including marijuana)

Able to lift and carry 50–75 lbs repeatedly

Available to work Saturdays

Able to read and speak English

Customer service mindset and a sense of urgency

Prior box truck/delivery experience is a plus
