Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service.

They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire " Program Implementation Manager". This role will be based in Jeffersonville, IN, and is 100% Remote.

Summary:

No technical components: Focus on operations, support, compliance efforts, and merchant-impacting activities.

Program management: Manage larger programs affecting various business segments, including direct payments.

Team Structure:

Collaborate with project resources, technical project teams, and product managers.

Key Competencies:

Strong understanding of Agile processes.

30-60-90 Day Plan:

30 Days:

Understand role expectations based on assignment.

Identify key stakeholders and clarify their expectations.

60 Days:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned programs.

90 Days:

Operate independently, seeking guidance only for immediate needs.

Key Initiatives:

Migrations: Major focus for the next 2 years.

Involves moving data for merchants without disruption.

Requires understanding of input and output processes to mitigate merchant impact.

Program Management

Program Ownership & Execution

Lead and manage a program, collaborating with stakeholders and effort owners.

Conduct weekly calls, focus on assigned initiatives, and drive execution.

Handle project planning (RACI, risk reviews) and ensure projects reach completion.

Minimal budget involvement.

Engage with development and product teams for project alignment.

Team Size:

5 Program Managers

12-member project team

Industry Focus: Payments sector (payment processing experience,marketing or rebranding efforts is a major plus).

Experience Level: Mid-level (3-5 years). Proven ability to manage large-scale projects (up to a year in duration).

Interview & Work Details

30-min phone screen (virtual).

Panel interview (culture fit prioritized over strict checkbox requirements).

Work Environment:

100% remote (minor travel to Atlanta or Raleigh ~5%).

EST hours preferred (8 AM - 5 PM).

Keywords:

Education: BA degree

PMP Certification, Black Belt certification, MS Project skills and experience with

implementations in the credit card industry

Certifications: Flexible requirements, prioritizing experience over formal certifications.
