Software Engineer Location: Remote Salary: $120k w/ additional benefits Direct Placement as a Full Time Employee Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.Implement and manage automation frameworks and tools to streamline development and testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft .NET technologies.Proven experience in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, etc.).Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience with DevOps practices and tools.Knowledge of database design and management (e.g., SQL Server).Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
