Job Title: .NET Tech Lead Location: Philadelphia, PA (ONSITE) Position Type: Contract Length: 6+ Months Start: ASAP Interview process: 1 – 2 Rounds Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Onsite Tech Lead to drive the development and implementation of enterprise applications within the insurance domain.

This role requires expertise in .NET, C#, Angular, Azure, and strong leadership skills to mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications.Architect and implement Angular-based UI components for dynamic user experiences.Ensure cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, leveraging its services for efficiency.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand insurance-related requirements.Implement best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within projects.

Required Skills & Experience:Proficiency in .NET Core & C# for backend development.Expertise in Angular for frontend development.Experience with Azure Services such as App Services, Functions, and SQL Database.Strong knowledge of insurance domain workflows, regulatory compliance, and business processes.Excellent communication and client-facing skills for onsite collaboration.Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and guide development teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with microservices architecture.Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).Hands-on knowledge of RESTful API development.
